PROCEDURE Wins the Iowa Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame's 2024 "Iowa Rocks" Talent Competition.
PROCEDURE is Joshua Snuffin (Guitar, Drums, Vocals), Wyatt Dymond (Drums), and Jack Nyberg (Bass guitar).

"The Iowa Rock ‘n Roll Music Association exists to preserve the legacy of rock ‘n roll music in Iowa by honoring achievements, educating youth, and inspiring artists.
We are proud to present PROCEDURE as the 10th annual “Iowa Rocks Talent” competition winner.
This is a statewide competition for Iowa’s young musicians to showcase the music they love and to compete for a grand prize of recording time at a major Iowa recording studio. All of the finalists this year were incredible and it’s a testament to the talent here in Iowa.”

Joshua was invited to appear on the local cable show "The Guitar Department with Joe Alton (MCC22).
His segment begins at 9:56, right after the guitar lesson by Joe. Then 20+ minutes of concert footage on the Gas Lamp stage .
